Promotion terms & conditions explained

If you are in receipt of a special offer it must be mentioned at time of booking.

All promotions are only valid for the period stated on them.

Any single promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

Where the promotion is product related the promotion is only valid while stocks last.

Hair service promotions are subject to the availability of appointments.

Vouchers and coupons must be produced at time of payment.

There is no cash alternative available to any voucher or promotion.

£5 gift vouchers can only be used against hair services.

The salon reserves the right to cancel any promotion without prior notice.

To avoid disappointment where this may apply, please always mention that you are in receipt of a special offer at the time of booking.

Student Offers

If you are in receipt of a special offer it must be mentioned at time of booking.

If you are a student you must mention this at time of booking, as Student Discount of 10% is available to students on hair services only Monday to Thursday until 4 p.m.

Proof of Student status will be required, ie: valid NUS card.
